Duties: Operation & Managing (325,000 sq ft facility/$100,000,000 buildout)

Facility is currently under a complete remodel into and indoor operation

Created SOP’s and provided a team of experienced cultivation, compliance and management staff

Prepared an operations guide for approximately 1000 employees needed to reach production goals

Completed compliance requirements to receive Certificate For Occupancy

Implemented Metric tracking required by the State of California

Educated on latest Logiqs robotics systems from the Netherlands that move over 100,000 plants throughout the facility https://www.logiqs.nl/en/vertical-farming/

Worked with Director of Construction on buildout and remodel

Projected daily operational workflow schedule and staff required to reach production goals for each department

 Duties: Design, Planning, Coordination of all Contractors, Architect, Civil, MEP Engineers and more. 

Acquired all Entitlements for the 23 acres, splitting into 19 lots, and developed the Current plan for build out

Managed all Entitlements, environmental permits, construction permits and construction budget, 

Working with the GC to hire the Sub Contractors and manage and negotiate the Contracts. 

Dealing with Real Estate agents for the sale of the extra Buildings, we will be building 32 Buildings over 5 years, 

The owner will have Lot 19 for his own operation. This will be for Cultivation, Distribution, Delivery, and a future building for Mushrooms. 

Managing all filing of Cannabis Licensing and Secondary permits for operations, 

Assisting in the metric and compliance of the operation once built,

MTR Cana: Development 20 acres with 9 Buildings that are 63,500 square feet each

 Duties: Construction management of build out of six new grow rooms, veg room and all supporting rooms. Provided Construction management for type 7 manufacturing (butane)including all explosion proof electrical. 

All construction plans, engineering and permits processed for phase 1, 2 and 3.

Acquired Mixed use light type 2 indoor, small indoor license, manufacturing type 7(volatile) and Distribution type 11 for 20,000 sqft facility. 

 Managed all compliance, metric and set up of facility operations with department management. This included SOPs for each department. 

Assisted in hiring first Head grower and Head Manufacturer. 

Provided all first draft contracts for employment, distribution contracts, cost analysis and cost of goods for all products we grew and manufactured.

Managed all metric activity and trained my replacement. 

Worked with accounting for all cannabis taxes. 

Helped set up sales for company brand. 

Acquired all EIN, Seller permit, LLCs, weight and measurements permit, business Licensing, water board, California Department of Fish and wildlife sign off, fire and occupancy

Duties: Consulting for Cannabis Operations for 20 acres with 9 Buildings that are 63,500 square feet each, 

Overseeing and Managing for the owner all the construction sub-contractor selection, planning, and acquiring the SCE permits for power, overseeing construction accounting and dealing with the Fund Control Company. 

Assisting to build a cannabis cultivation business including acquisition of money from investors, I am managing the Deck, Proforma and creation of the business plan. 

Assisting in marketing management for the ads on LoopNet, CANAMLS, CRE and more. 

Once operations begin, I will set up the Compliance, Metric, and management of the operations.

Completion will be Late 2024

Overseeing Permitting, Plans he and Construction for 2 Buildings and 2nd Project which will include two 50,000 square feet Tilt Up Buildings

Assisting in Fund Control for the Construction Loan  Compliance work

 Environmental Permitting (Take Permit Application and negotiation with California Department of Fish and Wildlife)

Completion will be in 2023
